Lüül – das ist fast 40 Jahre Musikkarriere »Made in Berlin«. Lutz Ulbrich, wie Lüül mit bürgerlichem Namen heißt, gründete 1967 mit gerade mal 16 Jahren die Berliner Kultband Agitation Free. Zusammen mit Christoph Franke spielte er insgesamt drei LPs ein und ging noch vor seinem Abitur mit der Band auf eine Nahost-Tournee, um den deutschen Progrock international zu verbreiten. Von da an kann Lüül auf eine bewegte Karriere zurückblicken, kaum etwas hat er ausgelassen. Nach seiner Zeit bei Agitation Free tritt er zunächst der Band Ash Ra Tempel bei, mit der er weitere Alben produziert und durch Europa tourt.
