From the perplexing Germanic interlude of the opener, 'Didja Get Any Onya?' to the complex xylophone changes of 'The Eric Dolphy Memorial Barbecue,' Zappa combines avant garde music, jazz, R&B, novelty elements, and plenty of flippant rock attitude.
