Founded in 1988 by singer/songwriter/guitarist Gerhard Rost, the band released the vinyl-single 'Gate Of Perception/ Illusion' in 1989.
Demo-tapes and sampler releases followed.
In 1994 the band released the CD: ‚No Hurry And No Cars‘, published by `Streetlife-Music´.
'OFV' played all over South Germany again and again.
They were also touring in Spain and France.
The band began as a four piece psychedelic band including a keyboard player.
After the keyboarder left, they decided to carry on as a more compact and groovy rock trio.
Right from the start, the show was supported by an analog psychedelic 'Pearl-Paisley-Lightshow', created by the artist Brigitte Höh, which was convenient to the songs.
2010 the CD: 'Homegrown In Garageland' was released by 'Fooly Records'.
Unfortunately, the band had to break up in 2012 due to illness. |
